I asked many questions and she wasnt offended but did her best to help me understand and was understanding with the fact that im trying to get the best deal for my family. Thank you! I want to tell you about my wonderful experience in this clinic, the workers are extremely friendly, patient and very professional. I just left there super pleased with the attention to my son. They explained each step in detail to us and were too patient with it. Soon I will be back to see my mom because I was very satisfied with my first visit.

My wife and I love going to this place for our vision needs. All the optometrists are so friendly and helpful, as well as the staff. We always feel welcomed, and they're willing to work with us whenever we have questions or want to try something new.

Everyone in the building is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly as soon as you walk through the door and their selection for glasses is just as good as everyone else. I highly recommend Dr. Leff because she makes you feel as if you were her own family and she will give you the best care for your needs as well as what you would want. Very professional and helpful in every possible way.

Had a positive experience at this location. Hadn't been to Malbar in a few years....had to cancel my appointment 3 times due to things going on in my life. They were so understanding! Was able to finally get to my appointment and it was great. They understood what I needed. Picked out a frame, but did not like the way they looked on me when they were done. Had no problems returning them and finding a frame that looked better on me. The lenses are great and I can finally see! I will be going to Malbar from now on. Thanks for being so helpful and understanding!

I had a GREAT experience with them! I'm on limited income and Medicare and they even showed me a case with frames that would fit in that budget where I walked out paying $0, which is amazing for me not able to work having ALS. They also helped fixed my lazy eye non surgically 😆 BUT, I have had some issues. I've called 3x including today, trying to find out what happened with an appointment I didn't set up. (I can only go every 2 years, and I went maybe a year ago, not even.) And I recieved a letter stating I could be dropped as a patient for missing it. Which is fair if I did set it!! But I hadn't and I just CANNOT get ahold of anyone, and when I tried to call the line again (I'm an idiot and my voicemail ended too early) the initial intro starts up and then the line goes 100% silent. So I'm not sure how to get ahold of them? If its just my phone and this part of my review is for naught? But thought maybe I could seek answers here and edit my review if things get resolved. They definitely are fantastic though!!

The staff and Dr Eschmann were so friendly and easy to work with. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and verify what my insurance would cover. Highly recommend Dr Eschmann and his staff.

The team at Malbar Vision on Cass Street provided the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in Omaha! After a frustrating experience at another optical office, they completely turned my day around. From the receptionist and technician, and especially to the gentleman who helped fit my glasses and got me on my way and took his time breaking everything down and to Dr. Cameron, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely cared for. A special thank you to District/Regional Manager Angie for making sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. This team deserves to be recognized for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

I saw Dr. Bargell, who was super personable and clearly good at what he does. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the optician, Colby, was very friendly. Great experience overall!
